Return lost irs says turbotax has my money

The irs says turbo tax deposited my money into some account and took their fee out of the return and is supposed to deposit it to my account but hasnot done so, where is my money really at?

Assuming that you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees deducted. The third party processor will then deduct the fees and attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

Well this did locate an account connected with my return and asked me to verify my ID so I did just that and am waiting to see the results tyvm for the help
