I have not gotten my tax refund from 2017 yet it still says processing. I called the lady at irs said it was a glitch I would have it in 9 weeks that’s been months ago what do I do

Check the status again on the IRS website, and if necessary call the IRS again. There's absolutely nothing that TurboTax can do to help, since the IRS does "in fact" have your tax return.
