    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried filing my taxes earlier this week but, it told me that my forms weren't ready to finish filing. I came back today to finish up but it started all the way back at the beginning. That would be fine to do it over again but I already purchased TurboTax deluxe and it's asking me to purchase it once more to finish. I just need to know if my taxes have already been filed or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe you have more than one TurboTax account. &amp;nbsp;Many users do and just don't realize it. &amp;nbsp;In order to access the return you've already completed and paid for, you need to use the EXACT account (same username and password) that you used when working on it. &amp;nbsp;To see if you have more than one account, see the info below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
