Will NYS pay the combined refund from the original efiled tax return together with the amended efiled return or refund them separately? Thanks

You will have to wait for your refund, then you can go back into your Turbo Tax account and do the amendment, print off the return, attach all papers they ask for and mail your amended return back to the IRS or State, Also if you need to track your return you can go to IRS.gov "Where's my refund" or if you are looking for your state return, you would go to which ever state you are in department of Revenue and "Where's my refund". Since you mailed them in I would wait at least 2 weeks to allow them to get it and process it.
