Good evening. If you are referring to removing the Premium Services Bundle, you can remove the Premium Services prior to filing

  , and then choose to
pay the TurboTax fees upfront using a credit card, debit card, or a
prepaid debit card.

Note: If you want to remove these benefits, you will no longer have the free
option to pay with your refund, but you can always choose to pay with
your credit card.

Federal refund, that service is bundled with Premium Services for 39.99.
FAQ: What is Premium Services?
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2204687-what-is-the-premium-services-bundle
