      <description>Do not amend now. There is no rush. Wait until you get an accept or reject on your original filing. If it is rejected, then just fix the problem and resubmit. If it is accepted, then you must prepare an amended return and file it by mail. The reason that there is not rush is that an amendment is not immediate and can not be made so. An amended return can be filed by mail only and it takes the IRS 4 MONTHS or more to process it.</description>
