What does the status say when you log into your account? Have you clicked on the Transmit my returns now or Transmit Returns Now button? Or did you mail your return?

You can check to see if you e-filed by signing back into the TurboTax account that you prepared your taxes in. Your e-file status should be the first thing you see. Or you can also click here e-file status lookup tool to check your e-file status. If you filed it successfully, you should see Pending, Accepted or Rejected.

NOTE: By law, any returns that include Earned Income Credit and/or Additional Child Tax Credit will be held until around mid-February. And refunds from those returns will start releasing in late February. You can find more details on that here PATH Act delayed refunds for some filers
