      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your return was e-filed with the installment agreement Form 9465 and the return was accepted, then the filing instructions will tell you if you need to mail anything in. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you said you would make an initial payment with the installment agreement request, then you should mail in the payment voucher Form 1040-V with your initial check or money order. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;B&gt;The IRS takes 30 days minimum&lt;/B&gt; to approve an installment agreement request, so the bank debits will not begin until after your installment agreement request has been approved.&amp;nbsp; You will get a letter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
