      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not exactly sure what you are asking. &amp;nbsp;But if you receive Social Security Disability Income with Medicare premiums deducted from the monthly benefits, that amount flows to the medical expense section of your tax return when you enter the SSA1099 in your tax return. &amp;nbsp;You can only get a "refund" for medical expenses if you file an itemized tax return, and your itemized deductions exceed your standard deduction. &amp;nbsp;Only the amount of medical expenses that you paid that exceed 7.5% of your adjusted gross income "count."&lt;/P&gt;</description>
