I'm amending my return because I listed my daughter on my return inadvertently. When I remove her from my Federal return, will that information automatically carry over to the state return?

Yes, when you remove a dependent from the My Info section, that will remove the dependent from both the Federal and State returns. If you think there is an issue, then you may want to "start" the state return portion again and just go through the motions with the questions to ensure the transfer re-pulls the information from the Federal, but it should happen automatically.
