Try using the steps below to remove the work vehicle expenses.

To Remove Your Vehicle Expenses(Form 2106) :

Go to "My Account" in the top right corner
Select "Tools"
Under "Tools Center" select "Delete a Form"
Navigate to "Form 2106 (Your Job) -- Vehicle Expenses Worksheet (Your Vehicle)" and select "Delete" next to it

To Add Another Vehicle, simply add a new Form 2106:
