When I fill 4868 form. I think I fill a number 544.2, but when I download it, it seems like 5,442? What's wrong? Can I modify the form. It is already accepted. Can I re-submit the form?

select Reason: Extension

pay any amount (your intended amount would be good here). your request is automatically approved.

Make a note of your payment amount so you can claim credit for that.
