If you are seeing this information on the TurboTax websit...

If you are seeing this information on the TurboTax website, I wouldn't worry. This information may not be updated in real-time. Instead, I would first check to make sure all of your states and your federal returns have been officially accepted by using the following FAQ:

 https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3319882

If they have been accepted by their respective agencies, this is excellent news and means that all necessary actions on your end have been completed, unless you are contacted by them requesting further information. I would then check each website individually ( your states and the IRS Where's My Refund website) to track the processing status and get up-to-date refund dates, if applicable.
