where is my refund?

I filed my taxes electronically here at turbotax on Feb 15, 2018 and it's now May 5, 2018 and I still have not recieved my refund. I recieved an email saying that both my state and federal tax has been accepted! when I wanted to track it via irs. gov "where's my refund" it says that they dont have it, and so I even called, but they stated that they have not recieved it. what is up with that? also I paid my due amounts... what could be the problem here?

You should double-check your filing status anyhow, and see what that says (you may only think it was accepted):

If the above status still indicates it was accepted, then you must be putting in the wrong information in the IRS's WMR website.

okay it does say ACCEPTED.

and I CALLED the irs even they couldnt find it.

they told me to contact turbotax representative because they dont see t even though it says that it has been accepted.

im left in the dark not knowing what happened.

and im pretty sure Im not putting in the wrong information.

AND TRUST ME I DOUBLE, TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING, thanks for TRYING to help, but thats not the solution to my problem.

I called IRS and they said that they corrected the refund and sent it back to you, now I don't have it still and its been 3 months.
