The answer I originally provided and removed was for desktop TurboTax (CD/download). Sorry for the confusion.

You appear to be using Online Premier (at least that is what is displayed next to your screen name above.) How and where are you trying to print? What happens in the Online product when you try to view/print/save your return?

Are you printing for review prior to filing, printing to file by mail, or printing for your records after filing?

"This is the path I took. C:\Program Files (x86)\TurboTax\Deluxe 2018\Forms\hii_18 and deleted all the files (2) or(3) that had a modified date of 12/10/2018. One file was an Adobe Acrobat Document. I have the deleted files in my recycle bin if it turns out I need to recover the files, but I don't think that will happen." The two main files for the Hawaii repair are hiif01.1pe - 12/10/2018 and hiif02.1pe - 12/10/2018

I did not have an acrobat file Linda referenced, but I did have 2 files dated 12/10/18 and once those were deleted everything was fine. If you have Premier or Home and Business, my understanding is that you would follow the same path with your version.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Turbotax and that solved the problem for me. Make sure you backup your returns.

TurboTax also released this Fix-it Tool. I don't know what all it does. Perhaps it removes those files that are causing the issue.

I don't have the issue. I'm a looooong way from Hawaii. I'm just posting that in case it helps others. Apparently Illinois and Hawaii have the same/similar problem. That FAQ used to be for Illinois, then they changed it for any state.
