    <description>I have paid in full for the Premium plan. Only after the payment was processed, I noticed that I was charged for the Premium services, which I did not want. I did not file the taxes yet. I would like a refund as I do not want to use the Premium services. Now that I paid for it, I do not see an option to remove the Premium benefits. Any idea on how to remove it? Turbo tax is a tricky one.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your credit card/debit card has already been charged the 39.99 for Premium Services, there's no way you'll be able to remove it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Here's the way that it's normally removed, but these steps are for prior to purchase.&amp;nbsp; Once it's removed, then that is when one is supposed to pay.&amp;nbsp; If you already paid, then it's too late with this method.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to phone TurboTax Customer Support for assistance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You can use the info in the FAQ below to reach them.&amp;nbsp; You'll first fill out a small form, and then it should assign you an incident number and phone number to call.&amp;nbsp; The number will not display when they are closed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; For the question line just put something like 'billing issue" without quotes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
