If your refund was sent to a bank account under someone else’s name, or you entered the wrong account or wrong routing number, your refund will be rejected by the bank and will be returned to the IRS. You will eventually receive a paper check from the IRS, mailed to the address you entered on your return. Expect that to delay your refund by at least another two weeks.

So I filed my taxes and they were accepted the next day I contacted my bank and was notified they closed it due to a negative balance of $9 for a certain amount of time so they told me that I can reopen a new account after I get my tax refund but I'm trying to find out if the IRS will send my tax refund back to me in the mail or how does this work because this is the first time I've ever done my taxes....
