that is after the irs receives the rejected deposit from Santa Barbara TPG. Called Santa Barbara TPG to ask for my rejected refund to be returned to the IRS on February 25. Found out today Santa Barbara TPG still has my check and it hasn't been returned to the IRS. Best bet is to fill out IRS form 3911.

My check was sent for direct deposit on feb 22 (wednesday) but i left out a number when typing my acct number. so the bank returned it. The Irs updated my where's my refund on the 27th (monday) saying it was returned and will be mailed by mar 6 and if not recieved by apr 3 to call back. On the 6 (monday) it was sent but it didnt show on the app that it was sent on 6th until the next day. I recieved my paper check on the 9th(thursday) at around 8pm (my mail carrier was late).

I entered the wrong account number on turbo while doing my return. Was set for deposit on 27th. Yesterday and it was stopped rejected. My bank says takes two business days for the IRS to get the funds back. So I guess Friday the IRS should get it.... My question is how long before I get a check from the IRS?
