      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will not add this to your return.&amp;nbsp;1095-C is a form titled
Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage&amp;nbsp;the IRS does&amp;nbsp;NOT&amp;nbsp;need any
details from this form. This verifies you had health insurance coverage. You
can keep any&amp;nbsp;1095-C
forms&amp;nbsp;you get from your employer for
your records. In your tax return, when asked if you had health coverage you would have answered " Yes that you had coverage for the full year" (if applicable). That is it, nothing more is needed. If you have already filed your tax return you would&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;not&lt;/B&gt; need to Amend to add this form.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
