I am in the same boat. Filed in January and nada. Received federal refund three weeks ago. Illinois still hasn't processed. I have a lot of friends and nobody I know has received a refund from Illinois yet. I guess we just have to sit tight.

Illinois doesn't give an estimated processing time for individual state tax returns. You can, however, check the status of your return on the automated Income Tax Refund Status Inquiry page.
