Edit the "Other situations"
Revisit "Ohio city taxes" at the bottom
RITA should be checked, click continue

You cannot make changes, directly on the forms, with online Turbotax. You will have to make the corrections in the interview.

You cannot e-file a RITA return, from TurboTax (TT). It has to be printed and mailed.

Instead of trying to revise your TT return, you may want to consider filing at the RITA web site.
