Not a wise idea as the bank will probably reject the deposit if your name on the account is not exactly as the name on the "check" being deposited which will add a month or more to your refund process as the IRS converts your refund to a mailed check. If you don't have a personal checking or savings account then open one now or buy one of those prepaid debit cards at the store for $5 and register it to you properly.
