Only you can get a copy. You probably have another account. That's common. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

Online is only good for 1 return so if you did another return in the same account the first one is gone.

Sorry but if you did more than one in the same account each new return overwrote the prior one and only the last one done is there.
