We were scheduled to receive refund February 22, 2018. Since his name wasn't on account, they sent back to IRS. We then we're investigated for identity theft. We received a 4883 letter to call and verify our identity then got a cp05 letter stating we'd receive another letter or refund after July 5,2018. I checked WMR this morning and low & behold the bars were back and we're supposed to receive our refund by mail by July 16. It's been a long road but looks to be about over finally!

Did you receive a CPO5 letter from the IRS? It just means that they are reviewing items on your tax return (e.g., income items, calculations, missing forms, etc.). The IRS may just have randomly chosen your return to review.
