      <title>IRS requested 8962 for tax year 2017. When I sign in to Turbotax online, my 2017 tax form does not show up. I can't proceed to amend . Help!</title>

&lt;LI&gt;Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Copy of your Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;A copy of the IRS letter that you received.&lt;/LI&gt;
