I’d call them I hadn’t received mine in the time it was suppose to get here and I just simply said receive a new card when I called them on the number they provide and it told me it was returned and they finally let me talk to customer service but now I can’t track the card so idek when it will be here I don’t think they ever sent it and couldn’t send it out in time i now have my refund and can’t even touch it smh but hope this helps and you get yours soon
