This is information is not needed to be entered separately on your state return. In fact, all you have to do (and this applies to federal and state return) is enter W-2 form exactly as it appears in Wages & Income section; no additional entries are needed. Box 12 reports pretax amounts, entering them again would be double dipping and that is not allowed.
