the IRS deposited my entire refund into an account set up for me by turbo tax to send my refund directly to my bank however my return to my bank is $600 less than the IRS let me have! Give me my money!

TurboTax does not receive feedback from the IRS regarding money that was offset from your refund. If you owed back taxes, child support, student loan debt, etc. you will receive a letter of explanation from the IRS in several weeks. The WMR site will contain a message regarding your offset.

(Be aware also that your Federal refund and state refund do NOT come together)

Did you choose to have TT fees deducted from your Federal refund? (Remember that if you did that, you also agreed to an extra refund processing fee of $34.99)

The IRS was spoken to directly and they sent the full amount to YOUR COMPANY to refund to me! My fees for the services used by you was only about $110 - there is $600 missing THAT YOUR COMPANY has! there were no OFFSETS!

My federal tax refund was sent TO YOUR COMPANY... THE ENTIRE AMOUNT TRACKED BY THE IRS AND SBTPG DOES NOT HAVE IT AND YOU WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS... THAT'S $1400!!! WHAT DID YOU DO WITH MY REFUND????

You can contact the IRS directly for more information regarding your refund.

You can also reach out directly to card services regarding your refund not being deposited on your Turbo prepaid debit card.

I have called both. SBTPG DID NOT HAVE IT. THE CARD WAS TURNED OFF IN JUNE. THE IRS INFORMED ME IT WOULD THEN ROLL BACK TO YOUR COMPANY. YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED IT TO THE IRS. They have traced it. YOU HAVE MY MONEY!!! I WILL BE PRESSING CRIMINAL CHARGES. You can always return a call or email and we can discuss this before the charges are pressed and the BBB is contacted. WHAT DID YOU DO WITH MY MONEY????

Turbo Tax is a DIY program and neither it or the parent company Intuit every touch your refund ... if you used the refund processing service to pay the TT fees from the federal refund then the refund went to the processing bank and they are who you must deal with ... no one at TT or Intuit can intervene on your behalf.

... my refund was to go onto the Intuit TurboTax card... I've called them. The card was turned off in June. They said they never received the refund even though the IRS verified they did. The IRS also informed me that it goes from point A=the IRS to point B=Intuit to point C=Green Dot and since C didn't get it then it goes back to B= you guys "NO MATTER WHAT EITHER COMPANY TELLS ME.". SO... my since federal refund was sent from A to B and not C.... then you guys still have it. WHERE IS MY MONEY?

If you'll look at the screenshot you'll see they sent the refund on 12/16/2020... no one had sent it back to the IRS. Since your company contracted the other to handle the refund, this is your problem which has now turned into a giant headache for me. Thank you. I also had to file again at the state level and federal level because your "software" did not correctly fill out all my information online. That should also give me a full refund for services not rendered.

Intuit does not receive your refund. When the IRS deposits your refund, if you had the fees deducted by Turbo Tax, it would be deposited to an account with Santa Barbara Bank and Trust. You can contact Santa Barbara Bank and Trust by clicking here.

If you didn’t get your full first and second stimulus payments, you may be eligible to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 tax return.

To claim the credit in TurboTax, please follow these steps:

Log into TurboTax.
After entering all your information click "Federal Review" at the top of your screen.
On the screen "Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount" click "Continue".
You will be asked about the amounts of first round and second round stimulus payments you received. If you did not receive a payment enter "0".
TurboTax will then calculate the amount of stimulus payment remaining that you are still entitled to get.
Any stimulus amount remaining due to you will show as the Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30 of the 1040 (the full amount is $1,800 for yourself if you didn't receive any payment before).

Intuit has had my 2019 taxes since December of 2020. The IRS contacted them in January to return the payment. In still trying to get my taxes from last year and they completely screwed up my 2018 taxes. If I hadn't have filled a complaint with the BBB then they would still be lying to me, which they kind of still are, but at least it's gone to the CEOs office now. I WANT MY 2019 AND 2018 FEES RETURNED AS YOU DID NOT COMPLETE YOUR JOBS AND FOR YOU TO RETURN MY 2019 TAXES TO THE IRS SO THAT I MAY HAVE THEM... OR DON'T... YOU'RE PART YOUR 90DAYS, THEY'LL GET IT FROM YOU.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT TIME!!!!!

They stole my money as well and if you look on Facebook they also stole

money from other people as well I spoke with all 3 turbo tax irs and tpg the irs sent over the right amount but tpg as a lower amount. As if the irs would lie ? Turbo tax what a joke! Tpg charged me 160 for tax preparation as if they did anything but transfer funds turbo everyone knows you scammed them this year let’s just see how you guys are going to pay us back
