Sounds like you had a Tax Due amount, not a refund amount...

Sounds like you had a Tax Due amount, not a refund amount. Look at the copy you printed and saved for your records, does it say Refund?

Then you need to call your state tax office and ask what happened. TurboTax has no control over any refunds, they just send what you've prepared to the tax agencies.

@SweetieJean thank you! That answers all of my questions! I didn't see that two days ago they refunded me the first time, apparently gave another one yesterday, and I woke up to an email saying they had taken the amount back out. It all makes sense now!
