If you filed a joint return for 2021, then the AGI is identical for both of you as shown on line 11 of the 2021 return. If the IRS is rejecting it becuse of the AGI, then maybe you filed an amended return for 2021? It's also possible the IRS computers have not been updated since the IRS is way behind on processing. So try entering a zero for the AGI. If nothing works, then you have no choice but to print, sign and mail the return. If you mail it, make sure you mail it at least as registered so you can track it and have solid proof it was delivered to the IRS. Otherwise, if they IRS says they never received it and you can't prove otherwise, you lose.
