The best way to find out what the IRS recalculated to amount to a discount on your refund is go to the IRS website and download a transcript for your account. The transcript will contain their recalculation and/or any missing information they found. You can request and online (faster) or mail transcript. You will have to create an account with the IRS if you don't already have on.

Please follow this link https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Thank you & all the best!
