I live in a CCRC not for profit community. I would like to buy a new pool table for the community rec room. Is any or all of the cost for the table and installation tax deductible?

Since this is a gift/donation, you can put it in your tax return as such. Be sure to keep all the paperwork for the purchase to show to the IRS, if required.
