Hello @Ynot1 . Happy to assist!

Here are the instructions on how to enter your 1099-S in TurboTax: Where do I enter Form 1099-S? .

You will need to know the date purchased, amount purchased, purchasing expenses, amount sold for, date sold and any selling expenses. If you answer the questions correctly, then it should generate that loss for you. However, if this was a personal property, you will not be able to claim a loss.

Hope that helps and let me know if you need any further clarification!
