TT has never has 24 hours support for their DIY programs even during filing season. And what CPA would be on call overnight ? I know I am not even for my clients. They are not ER doctors and they are all based in the US ( no foreign operatives are employed).

You can ask your question here in the forum if you wish otherwise you will have to use the LIVE option when available.

Live help is available Week days 5 AM - 5 PM Pacific time. Live help is available 7 days per week from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST. (Jan 11- Apr 21)

Free support is not available to Free Edition users. You will have to upgrade to talk to a representative.

@Afonso Alves - you may be paying "full price' but that doesn't mean that "full price" supports the cost of providing 24x7 365 coverage for a product that is rather seaonal.

That 'full price' would be a lot higher if Turbo Tax was to offer 24 x7 coverage, especially this time of year.
