Why the customer care is so worse in turbotax , we are paying the highest plan still left with so much less choice

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

you are a support representative for a reason , just do your research before replying to people, people are counting on your reply so it has to be valid and true and due research should be done before speaking randomly
