Turbo tax won't load for me to see my credit score

It takes me to the page where it asks "One last step: Let us know how we can help you all year long", no matter what I choose to continue it takes me back the the same page and asks me the same one last step question. The bar on the left hand side just wouldn't load at all and I am not able to see my credit score ever.

You can get your free credit score (and other credit metrics) by signing up for Turbo.

I have turbo already, I signed up for turbo deluxe. The website is bogus and won't load.
