Free Credit Score Not Working

All of my information is 100% correct, including my SSN, yet every time I check the "OK, show me my free credit score and report." it says "It looks like some of your personal info isn’t correct." It then tells my to enter my 9 digit SSN. My SSN is 100% accurate and I have entered it in over 10 times now. Why isn't it working? This is incredibly frustrating.

Same issue here. SS is where it's stuck.. Would love to have the issue fixed.
