Can I do three state tax returns using only ONE state

In the Desktop CD/Download program? 3 returns for 3 different people or 3 different states for the same person?

In the Desktop program Deluxe and above you get one free state program download to do unlimited state returns in that state. If you need to do a state return for a different state you can buy the second state program download for ~~44.99~~ 39.99. You can print and mail each state for free or efile each state for 19.99 (goes up to 24.99 later).
