WHY CANT I USE MY TEMPORARY CARD FOR MY ADVANCE

First of all this is FALSE advertising!!! I cannot use my temp card for online purchases.! This really sucks.! I’m not using TurboTax next year how is it an advance if you can’t use the money right away I was told I’d have to wait for my physical card! Will this problem get resolved??

I just got an email this morning saying my advance was deposited and to log in to use. It won't let me! It keeps wanting the full card number even though I have to log in to get it! This is more messed up than the very low advance I was approved for. I have never used an advance before and will never again. But, this is the first time I've had a problem with TurboTax.
