I was trying to claim my son who is 5 and his mother somehow filed before me so mine was rejected now I'm super broke and got Bill's so I filed mine with just my other son how do I contest hers I know if I file an amended return we will both get audited but didnt have time to wait 10weeks

Basically 50/50 however resides with me over night 85% of the year and I provide the medical and dental also my AIG is much higher

Based on your post the IRS would give you the right to claim your children.
