What does "website denied me" mean? Or do you mean it could not find your information?

What state is it?

If you efiled, first be sure your state return was actually successfully filed and accepted. If prepared in Online TurboTax, log back into your Online account. At the Tax Home, what does it show for the state return--does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?

If you efiled and it says "accepted", then you should be able to try your state's refund lookup tool. You have to be sure to use the correct SSN, filing status, and the state refund amount as shown on your state return.
