The irs website said it had been deposited to my bank on 02/06/2020. Edit: problem was that they still had a card on file for me. From last year's return. I finally was able to talk to someone and get a new one sent by calling [phone number removed], select options to get to the "report card lost or stolen" prompt. It will continue on and prompt you what to do next. Talked to a human and my new card will be sent to me within a week. It's very possible that they already had one on file for you or, at least you will get to talk with a person and not a machine.
