I have not received my intuit prepaid turbo card

I have called the 888 number several times in the past 8days, but it will not allow me to talk to a person, I have not yet received my pre-paid card, but the automatic system is asking for the last four numbers on the card

If you haven't yet received your card, you can enter your social security number instead.

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2 for cards never received. Enter your social security number when prompted and continue following the instructions.
