Rhetorical question

Say I was kind enough to file my niece on my taxes because the mother didn’t work, does the mother get the child tax credit and the earned income credit or just the child tax credit?

What do you mean by "kind enough?" Do you mean you claimed to be the one supporting your niece? DID you support your niece or was this just a way to get a tax refund by putting your niece on your tax return? And if you were the one supporting the child, why would the mother get the credit? A person who does not work does not get any child-related credits.
