I changed from windows to a Mac. How do I get my program downloaded, changed to the right platform?

If you are using the TurboTax CD, both the Windows and Mac installation files are on the CD.

If you have downloaded the TurboTax software and now need the Mac installation file you will have to contact TurboTax support so they can push the Mac file to your download account.

Select your TurboTax platform.
Ask your question / state your problem. Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
Click Submit.
On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions. You will be given the approximate wait time.

You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.
