When I attempted to file the 1st time used a credit card.

The report would not go thru. Had to completely remove the software and all parts. I have my order number.

Reloaded the software reentered the data, filed earlier this morning. Used the option of take out of refund.

How do I get a credit on my credit card?

Was that for the state efile fee? And you saw there is also an extra 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge (44.99 in California) to have the 24.99 fee deducted from your refund, right? Don't want you to be surprised later.
