      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this the question you are having trouble with, "9 Are you allocating policy amounts with another taxpayer or do you want to use the alternative calculation for year of marriage"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The answer is "yes" you are allocating percentages.
