I need to enter my brothers direct deposit information on your portal or IRS. However, his situation doesn't fit the profile. He owed money last year and this year. The program we used skips over the direct deposit section, because he doesn't get a refund. How can we get this entered? I'm sure he is not the only american with this issue.

The portal that will be available for individuals who have already filed, but whose information is incorrect or not on file with the IRS is not yet available. It is expected to be available mid-April. It is expected to be part of the "Where is my payment" tool that will be available on the IRS website.
