Normally I get what my quarterly payments should be for this year when I do my taxes for the previous year. I did not get that this time?

I also did not receive formatted quarterly payment forms when TurboTax finished my 2019 taxes. How come users are being expected to answer these questions rather than a TurboTax employee???

To prepare your quarterly payments, go to:

Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Tax Forms
Select Form W-4 and estimated taxes
Continue through the questions.

Mine printed out when I printed the return. Did that today.
