    <description>&lt;P&gt;I entered in the wrong bank account for my direct deposit refund. I contacted my bank on Feb 25th and they stated that they sent it back to the IRS. I called IRS and they stated that a&amp;nbsp; paper check would be mailed and should expect it end of may, beginning of June. I was just checking on that status but they are not accepting phone calls. Can you please assist?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They currently are not accepting telephone calls as you stated therefore you will need to check back with the IRS once they are accepting calls again. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;In the meantime check back with&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/refunds" target="_blank"&gt;Where’s My Refund?&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;it&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333"&gt;has the most up to date information available about your refund. The tool is updated daily (usually overnight) so you will just usually&amp;nbsp;need to check once a day.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
